With over 27 years of experience spanning the banking, oil & gas, and private sectors, Patricia has built a career rooted in strategic leadership, corporate sustainability, and people-centered impact. Her diverse expertise extends across Office Administration, Employee Relations & Benefits, Digital Marketing, and Mentorship, allowing her to develop and implement ethical, results-driven policies that align business objectives with organizational growth, fostering a thriving workplace culture.

Academically, she holds an Advanced Diploma in Secretarial Administration from Rivers State Polytechnic and further broadened her expertise with a Master of Science in Global Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool, UK, where she explored the complexities of global HR practices. To complement her communication acumen, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Sheridan College.

Beyond the corporate world, Patricia is deeply committed to social impact and mentorship. She is the founder of Diamond Hart Empowerment Foundation, a non-profit organization in Nigeria dedicated to empowering individuals and communities. As part of her commitment to societal and community impact, she actively volunteers with numerous Canadian NGOs, using her expertise to give back and contribute to meaningful causes.

On a personal level, Patricia is a devoted family woman. She is happily married and blessed with two boys. However, her motherly heart extends beyond her immediate family, as she is also a foster mother to many children back home in Nigeria, providing them with love, care, and support to help them thrive.
