Olasumbo is also the CEO/Founder of Advocacy Centre for Women and Family Matters. Advocacy Centre for Women and Family Matters is a not-for- profit aimed at supporting women from various communities, Canada-wide and beyond in accessing counselling and protective services to empower women and children to stand against violence. She is involved with other community-based programs locally and internationally and passionate about giving back to community and humanity.
Olasumbo is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She also has MSc Finance and MSc Transport Management degrees. In 2020, she won the Entrepreneurship and Business Personality of the Year Award.
